A guest bath with new cabinets and custom tile shower, new 8ft interior doors with new casings and baseboards. A new entry dutch door with new electrical and led lighting throughout. New kitchen cabinets and island with new granite counter tops. New walk in pantry with a new jack and jill desk, and wainscoting in the dining room.

New wood and tile floors at first floor and stairs, new wrought iron stair railings with under stair space turned into dog house with wrought iron gate.
